Bought a truck from Sid Dillon in March of this year. The salesmen was great, kind of question the fiancé guy. But I really dislike the loan company, Wells Fargo Auto. They change the loan after I bought the truck. That xxxxxx me off. So if I get another truck from Dillons again and they push for Wells Fargo the deal is off I will go somewhere else. As for the service department it is top notch.
Jeff was very helpful and made the process so easy from the test drive to the paperwork.

Easy to work with. Transaction went smooth with the exception of getting the vehicle ready once the papers had been signed.
Everything went well with my service visit. I had an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation completed, and everything seems to be in great shape. The service team was especially helpful in making arrangements when I had to work later than their normal business hours. I even think they may have washed it as the car seemed cleaner than normal. My only suggestion would be to do a little more to remind customers about the courtesy transportation options available. Overall, a very positive experience.

Overpriced Truck with an Expensive Transmission FailureI bought my 2016 Chevy Silverado brand new with 0 miles from Sid Dillon. Looking back, this truck was completely overpriced. I paid a premium price expecting a vehicle that would last. I did my part by keeping up with regular servicing to maintain it in great condition.Unfortunately, the value just isn't there. The transmission is already failing at barely 120,000 miles, which is completely unacceptable for a truck that costs this much. Was quoted $1600. for repair that ended up being $2600. for the same amount of work as the estimate. The quality of the work was great but I walked away feeling ripped off. Very unhappy

Put part on Avalanche which did not fix the problem. Took it back and problem could not be fixed by dealership but I was stuck with 500 part that didn’t fix problem. Technician did not know how to diagnose problem. Not happy about it

Great customer service and vehicle was returned better than when it went in for service.
I found leaking pinion seal. Took back to for the seal and vibrations the truck was in for a month prior they said needed to be more definitive. Then they said they couldn't hear the noise this time. Gave me a print out that said they checked rotational torque (30 in lbs) and the back lash (5 thousands) but never took the cover off. How did the check any of that without taking driveshaft out or rear cover off or removing breaks. Granted its warranty work but it shouldn't matter.

Bought a used Dodge Journey from this dealership a few years ago with a service contract and they have done a great job doing necessary repairs when needed. I also have them do regular oil changes. Very honest and they keep me updated when the car is in for service.

Staff is always courteous and awesome. I did have my stereo updated but unfortunately it still shuts itself down and restarts every 4-5 minutes. Other than that everything went well, as always.
