You would get a five star rating from me if those black chairs were more comfortable in the waiting area. You need chairs with backs that aren’t so far back otherwise I absolutely love this dealership. Everybody is so friendly and so willing to help.
When I get my oil changed at your dealership after it's all done they leave fingerprints, oily, fingerprints all over the hood, the door handle and the inside door panel. It does never get wiped off. Otherwise everything else is good

Ben explained the financing and answered all my questions . I have always gone to Dillons to have my car serviced and there was no other dealer I was going to get a different car from. The service department is amazing and on a scale of 1-10, the service department is a 10.

May 29… I had been at dealership for 2 hours & lunch was approaching, I was offered a car to drive back to Lincoln. The reason being the technician had not been able to fix module problem…why I was there. Then an oil change was to be done after. It would’ve been an all day appt. Got my car back June 1. Best place to get your vehicle serviced! If you don’t want to wait, someone will take you home if you don’t want to wait and will come and pick you up when your car is ready. Great atmosphere if you decide to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The associates are friendly and very helpful, always keeps you updated on the progress on your service.
Arrived a little early for my 1:00p.m. appointment and my vehicle was taken in right away, thanks to Alex who greeted me upon arrival. Alex found me a little later and briefed me on the condition of my battery, which needed replacement (Mark Harms advised me on a previous visit). Battery was replaced pretty quick after that and I was on my way. This was just an addition to all the other pleasant visits I've made, which is why I've maintained my loyalty to Sid Dillon for the 30 or so years that I have.
